Course Pre-approval & Tuition Reimbursement

Employees interested in tuition or credit reimbursement should complete the Course Pre-Approval & Tuition Reimbursement Form.

Information on tuition and credit reimbursement can be found in the Employee Handbook – 3242 – Tuition and Credit Reimbursement.

Course Pre-Approval

Complete the Pre-Approval form to request future tuition reimbursement. Must be submitted prior to the class.

Submit your grade report or transcript and a fee receipt or check indicating that you've paid.

Take your course and hopefully, learn something valuable.

Receive your reimbursement! The maximum reimbursement per two-year work period is 6 credits at $300 per credit.
